Quite a few nice recipes on this site, showing an effort to connect nutrition to traditional science. Some odd recommendations, though: avoid sugary drinks (rather than eliminate them); limit consumption of red meats including beef, pork and lamb (but only colorectal cancer is named); limit daily alcoholic drinks as two for men and one for women (rather than eliminate them); don’t use supplements against cancer (with little evidence supplied). Like most cancer research sites, brain cancer itself is rarely mentioned, although one or two studies are exploring the role of a ketogenic diet and its emphasis on fats and proteins — ie., lots of grass-fed beef, pork and lamb, which you were just told to limit.
